• Independently of cookies, the Website stores the email address you use to sign in to your Agogica account. It is used only to sign you in and to manage your access to Agogica products.
• The Agogica Hub desktop app sends diagnostic data (errors and the results of installs, updates and sign-ins, without file contents or personal details) to help fix problems; when you are signed in, it is linked to your account.
• The data controller and the entity placing cookies on the Website User's terminal device and gaining access to them is the Website operator: diveinai (contact address: mka@diveinai.pl).

What are cookies?

Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User's terminal device and are intended for using the Website's pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they originate from, their storage time on the terminal device, and a unique number.

On our Website, cookies are used for the following purposes:

• adjusting the content and ensuring the correct display of the Website's pages;
• creating statistics and, with consent, session recordings (using PostHog, hosted in the European Union, with form fields masked) that help understand how Users interact with the website and find errors, which enables the improvement of its structure and content.
