The stage
Every Composer window shows the same stage: the room, the listener and all players - one per track with Composer on it.
Players and the listener
- Drag a player to place it. Dragging another track's player changes that track, so automation is recorded where it belongs.
- The listener is where you hear from. Moving it moves you, not the ensemble.
- Room size (5-50 m) sets the stage; players and the listener stay inside it.
- Player names come from your DAW's track names where the host shares them (VST3); with Audio Units, name players yourself.
Scenes A-H
A scene is an alternative layout of the whole ensemble: every player's position, the room and the listener. Switch scenes to compare arrangements - an unvisited scene starts as a copy of the current one. The Hall belongs to the scene as well.
Automation
Positions are ordinary plugin parameters (Player X/Y, Listener X/Y, Room size), so your DAW can record and play back movement.
One window at a time
A plugin can't close the DAW's windows, so when a Composer window is already open, another one shows "Composer is already open" with Open here anyway.
